Standalone Java server application

The JSQL Standalone Java Application will not work without an account in the JSQL cloud. To learn more see overview.

Also to run application you need to have one of supported database.

Installation

Download JSQL Standalone Java Application JAR into your system from Artifactory:

http://46.41.135.99:8081/artifactory/libs-release-local/it/jsql/standalone/jsql-java-standalone/

Find out your prefered version and download file named:

jsql-java-standalone-{version}.jar

Usage

The application requires an API_KEY, DEV_KEY and DATABASE_URL, DATABASE_USERNAME, DATABASE_PASSWORD:

java -jar jsql-java-standalone-{version}.jar API_KEY DEV_KEY DATABASE_URL DATABASE_USERNAME DATABASE_PASSWORD

Example invoke:

java -jar jsql-java-standalone-{version}.jar ==iSqF8r...ogpoSXm6yr Z6...yUw== localhost:5432/mydatabase postgres postgres

List of configuration parameters:

API_KEY(String): your working application key from JSQL Admin Panel. See FAQ for details

DEV_KEY(String): your developer key from JSQL Admin Panel. See FAQ for details

DATABASE_URL(String): URL to your local or remote database. You can provide as well additional parameters due to database configuration as ssl=true etc.

DATABASE_USERNAME(String): Username to access provided database.

DATABASE_PASSWORD(String): Provided user password to access database.

Port and logging

Default port of application is 8080.
By default application shows SQL from Hibernate on standard output.

Additional configuration

The application is created in Spring Boot so you can freely use the configuration provided for this framework.
