Frequently asked questions

Find the solution to your problem in a few easy steps

If you want to sign up, go to  https://jsql.it/pricing/ and choose FREE or PAID plan, then follow instructions

In order to login to your JSQL Admin Panel go to:  https://customer.jsql.it and login with your e-mail address and password that you received in e-mail

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and click the “Profile” button. There you can change your password and any other personal information. 

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account to download or copy your developer key file.

Click on the “Developer key” button  in the main menu.Then click on the “Copy to clipboard” button to copy developer key (1) or click “Download key” button to download file with developer key.

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account, click “Applications” button then click “+Add application”.

Enter the name of application in “Name” field and confirm with the “Add” button. Yours application should now be visible in “Applications” menu.

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to applications menu by clicking “Applications”.

Then click on your application name (in our case it’s “Test Application”). You can copy application key by clicking “Copy to clipboard” below “Application key” section.

Log in  https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account, click “Security” button then click on application name which you want to edit (in our case it’s “Test Application”).

In opened form you can change options to configurate application to suits your needs. After that you can save changes by clicking “Save options” button at the bottom of the form.

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to queries menu by clicking “Queries”.

Choose the application in which you want to edit queries. Now you can see all queries assigned to this application Find the query you want to change and double-click the query’s content. In pop-up window you can do all necessary 

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to developers menu by clicking “Developers” button.

In this page you can see all information of your employees with developer authorization. You can delete, advance to admin or assign applications to developer from this menu. A blue mailer next to e-mail address means that developer have to activate its account first by clicking activation link in recived e-mail.

In next page, fill up form with necessary information and click “Add” button below to add new developer. 

You can add admins similary by clicking “Admins” button in side menu. You can only add non-existing users. If you wish to promote existing developer to admin, you have to go to “Developers” menu and click on “Advance to admin” button next to choosen developer.

Your team members  can be assigned to your existing aplications in “Developers” section. Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to developers menu by clicking “Developers” button. Now click on “Applications privileges” button next to choosen developer e-mail.

In next page you can see all your applications list. Next to every application name can see if developer is assigned or not to that application. On the right there are buttons that allows you to assign or unassign developer to application. Simply click on “Assign” / “Unassign” button to assign/unassign application to choosen developer.

Note that users with admin privileges are assigned to ALL application.

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to developers menu by clicking “Developers” button. To remove user click “Delete” button next to choosen developer and confirm it in pop-up window. Developer is now deleted.

You can delete admins same way in admins menu by clicking “Admins” in side menu.

You can also demote admin to developer role. In order to do that go to “Admins” section and click on “Demote to developer” button next to choosen admin and confirm it in pop-up window. Now your admin will no longer have admins privileges and now will appear in “Developers” section.

Log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to billing menu by clicking “Billing” button.

In this section you can see your current subscription, used/max application and users enable, trial expire date, next invoice date. There is also “Billing portal” button which leads to http://payments.pabbly.com . On that site you can find all details about your subscription and account, also you can change your subscription plan there.

You can change your subscription directly by http://payments.pabbly.com or log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to billing menu by clicking “Billing” button then click “Billing portal”.

In order to log in into billing portal you need to set password to pabbly.com and verify e-mail address. After registering JSQL account you should receive e-mail with title “JSQL Sp. z o.o. has invited you to join their customer portal”. Please open that e-mail and follow instruction to finish registration process.

Now you can log in to billing portal using using “Login email” from invitation e-mail.

After successful login you will see your personal customer portal dashboard with all account details. In order to change subscription click on “Subscription”.

Here you can see your current subscription plan, status, created date, activated date, last and next bill date and subscription amount. Next click on your e-mail address.

Here you can see other account details, edit or cancel subscription. In order to change subscription click on “Edit” link just below your name.

Now click on “Plan name”, select the plan you want from the selection list. After selection, you will be able to see price for choosen plan. It might be necessary to update your payment metod by clicking dot next to “Update Card”. After that click “Save” to save your changes.

Now your subscription plan is changed! 

You can cancel your subscription by http://payments.pabbly.com or log in https://customer.jsql.it to your Company Admin account and go to profile by clicking “Profile” button then click “Delete account”. This way your subscription will be canceled immediately.

 

In order to log in into billing portal you need to set password to pabbly.com and verify e-mail address. After registering JSQL account you should receive e-mail with title “JSQL Sp. z o.o. has invited you to join their customer portal”. Please open that e-mail and follow instruction to finish registration process.

Now you can log in to billing portal using using “Login email” from invitation e-mail.

After successful login you will see your personal customer portal dashboard with all account details. In order to cancel subscription click on “Subscription”.

Here you can see your current subscription plan, status, created date, activated date, last and next bill date and subscription amount. Next click on your e-mail address.

Here you can see other account details, edit or cancel subscription. In order to cancel subscription click on “Cancel subscription” button.

In next window you have option to “Cancel On Next Renewal” or “Cancel Immediately”. After you click choosen option your subscription will be canceled.

Production mode is mode in which your backend dont need to communicate with JSQL Cloud in full extent because it uses a cache. In this mode you need to use only Application Key and Production Key, also you cant change application setting or develop application.

In order to turn on production mode you have to log in https://customer.jsql.it to your JSQL account and go to security menu by clicking “Security”. Then click on your application name (in our case it’s “Test Application”). Now click on checkbox next to “Production mode” and confirm your decision in pop-up window.

Your application is now in production mode!

From now on your will need to use Production Key instead of Developer Key. You can find it by clicking “Applications” then your application name. Here you can copy (or download) your Application Key (1), Development Key (2) and your Production Key (3).
